We want you to be fully satisfied with your ShapePower purchase. Please read the following carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn — tried on once maximum
  • Unwashed and unaltered
  • In original condition — no odour, marks, or damage
  • Returned in original PE zip packaging
  • Proof of purchase included

Non-eligible returns

  • Items worn more than once
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Wrong size selected despite size chart being available
  • Items damaged due to improper washing or care

How to return
Contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds
Once received and inspected, we will notify you within 3 working days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
