SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped until payment has been fully received and confirmed.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 6–10 working days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 7–13 working days.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
Whilst we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
