This vest is a compression garment — it is designed to fit tighter than standard sizing. Sizes run smaller than regular clothing. We strongly recommend consulting our size chart before purchasing and selecting your size based on your height and weight, not your usual clothing size.

ShapeFit cannot be held responsible for sizing issues in the event that the size chart was not consulted prior to purchase. Orders placed without checking the size chart are not eligible for a size exchange or refund on the basis of fit.

We stand behind the quality of every ShapeFit product. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and damaged goods only. It does not cover sizing issues where the size chart was not consulted, general wear and tear, or damage caused by improper care.

Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• The item must be unworn — items that have been worn more than once are not eligible for return
• The item must be in its original condition — unwashed, unaltered, and free from odour, marks, or damage
• The item must be returned in its original packaging (sealed PE zip bag)
• Proof of purchase must be included

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items returned without original packaging
• Items that show signs of wear beyond a single try-on
• Items damaged due to improper washing or care
• Orders where the wrong size was selected despite the size chart being available

How to initiate a return

Contact us through the contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 working days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
